Master our B2B lead generation and outreach tools with this comprehensive guide.

Account Setup

Creating Your Cold Email Campaign

  1. Scrape Business Leads: Begin by searching for leads in your niche (e.g., 'Restaurants in New York') on the Lead Scraper tab.
  2. Extract Contact Emails: In your lead list, click "Scrape Emails". You can choose to bulk scrape the entire folder or select individual leads.
  3. Navigate to Campaigns: Access the Campaign page via the main sidebar.
  4. Select Your Audience: Click 'Select Audience' to view all your stored folders. Choose the folder you want to target.
  5. Refine Audience (Optional): You can further filter by selecting only specific leads within the chosen folder.
  6. Compose Your Email: Write your email content. Use our built-in templates, AI writer, or input your professional email copy.
  7. Launch & Automate: Click 'Send Campaign'. Emails will be queued and sent every 2 minutes. (If your SMTP settings are not configured, a reminder pop-up will appear).

Auto-Blogger: Global Settings

The Auto-Blogger is an enterprise-grade autonomous blogging pipeline. Before launching campaigns, you must accurately configure your global settings in Phase 1 to ensure seamless connectivity between Google's AI and your CMS.

1. Gemini API Keys Configuration

To power the AI, you must provide a Primary Key and optionally a Fallback Key from Google AI Studio.

  • Paid vs. Free Toggle: We support both tiers of Gemini. If you toggle to Paid, the system utilizes the powerful Gemini Pro model for complex reasoning. If toggled to Free, it uses the fast and cost-effective Gemini Flash model.

2. CMS Integration (Notion & WordPress)

The Auto-Blogger publishes directly to your website. You must provide the required credentials for your chosen platform:

  • WordPress: Provide your Base URL, Username, and generate an Application Password from your WordPress User Profile settings.
  • Notion: Provide your internal Integration Token and the specific Database ID where you want the articles stored.

3. Pexels API (Stock Imagery)

By adding a free Pexels API key, you grant the AI permission to automatically search, fetch, and embed highly relevant, copyright-free stock images directly into your blog posts.

4. Instant Indexing via Service Account

Gone are the days of manually requesting indexing in Google Search Console. You can paste your Google Cloud Service Account JSON code into the automator.

CRITICAL: The Blog Address URL

Along with your JSON code, you MUST provide your exact Blog Address URL (e.g., https://nexuslead.live/blog or https://yourwebsite.com/news). Our system requires this base URL to understand your site's exact architecture and prefix. When a new post is published, the system dynamically appends the new article's slug to this base URL and automatically pings the Google Indexing API, ensuring rapid visibility on Search.

Auto-Blogger: Campaign Strategy

Once Phase 1 is configured, you can build autonomous content campaigns in Phase 2. Here is how to configure your SEO Strategy:

Target Location & Tone

  • Target Location: Select a 'Global Audience' (perfect for SaaS and digital products) or enter a hyper-local location like 'Gurgaon, Haryana' to capture local search intent.
  • Template & Tone: Choose your article structure (FAQ style, How-to guide, Listicles) and set the Tone of Voice (Professional, Friendly, Conversational) to match your brand identity.
  • Custom Keyword Override (Optional): By default, the AI researches keywords automatically. However, if you input a specific keyword here, the AI will strictly override its own research and optimize the entire blog exclusively for your provided term.

Target Pages & Auth Fallback

You can provide multiple URLs for the AI to scrape, analyze, and summarize into the content.

Auth Fallback (Required for logged-in pages)

If your target page is behind a login screen (e.g., a private SaaS dashboard), the AI cannot scrape it. To bypass this, use the Auth Fallback feature: manually write a description of the hidden page and specify multiple 'Product/Feature Names' associated with it so the AI understands the context without scraping.

Global Links Injection

While the URLs you provided as Target Pages will naturally be mentioned, you can define Global Links. These are specific, high-priority URLs (like your checkout or signup page) that the AI is instructed to force-inject securely into every single blog generated in the entire campaign.

Generation Strategy & Scheduling

  • Cluster Page: The AI combines the data from ALL provided target pages into one massive, comprehensive mega-blog.
  • Per Page: The AI generates a separate, dedicated blog post for each individual target page provided.
  • Frequency & Scheduling: Select the total volume of blogs you want the AI to write, and set the pacing. You can choose to generate them 'All Today', '1 per week', or '2 per week' for a consistent SEO drip feed.

Integration Settings

Connecting to Gmail / SMTP

Normal Gmail Setup

To connect a normal Gmail account, you must generate a Google 'App Password'. Navigate to your Google Account Settings > Security > 2-Step Verification > App Passwords. Select 'Mail' as the app and generate the key. Use this special key instead of your regular Gmail password in NexusLead.live.

Custom Domain SMTP Setup

Configuring a custom domain requires your SMTP Host (e.g., hostinger.com), Port (465/587), and authentication credentials. We recommend completing the 'Domain Health Check' to ensure valid SPF and DMARC records are present to maximize deliverability and avoid spam folders.

Tip: Use active Google accounts for better deliverability and warm up your domain before sending high volumes.

API Documentation

NexusLead.live provides a RESTful API for fetching leads directly into your own CRM.

Authentication

All API requests require an API key passed in the `Authorization` header as a Bearer token. You can generate keys in your settings.

Pricing & Billing

NexusLead.live operates on a transparent subscription model. The Free tier includes 60 leads and 50 emails per month. The Pro tier unlocks 2500 leads and 2500 emails per month for $19/mo (with a daily sending limit of 125 emails/day for optimal domain safety).
